Exel Micellar Foam is a lash cleanser and makeup remover designed to easily melt down makeup pigment particles without irritation. It is formulated with green tea extract for a soothing effect on the delicate skin of the eye area. Dispense one pump of the Micellar foam onto a cotton disc, place onto the eyes and hold for 10 seconds to break down the makeup, then wipe away. Lip and brow makeup can also be easily removed with this makeup cleanser.
Exel Micaller Foam can also be used to keep eyelash extensions clean to prevent build-up of bacteria, infections and other risks associated with the improper care of extensions. Simply apply one pump of the foam onto a disposable lash brush and gently brush through extensions. Pat dry with a tissue after to remove excess.
