EXEL Promoter is a growth spray which helps to enhance the natural growth of eyelashes and eyebrows. The easily applied spray strengthens and prevents fall out and breakage, for longer and fuller lashes and brows. Fights free radicals with a blend of antioxidants and vitamins, nourishing the delicate eye contour area for healthy hydrates skin while preventing dryness and the onset of fine lines and wrinkles. Suitable for repairing damaged and sparse lashes and brows.

The water based formula is compatible with eyelash extensions and eyelash perming. Presented in an airtight container to prevent contamination, ideal for sensitive eyes.

New growth may take 1 to 3 months for visible results.

Directions: Hold the bottle 15 to 20 cm from each eye, with the eyes closed to spray over the lashes and brows in one step. It is recommended to cleanse the eye area prior to application. Follow by applying your eye creams and skincare.
